7121110 : JAXP 1.4.5 update 1 for 7u4 & jaxp source in jdk7 repo

In the IcedTea project, we have found this split of jaxp (and jaxws) 
sources into a separate tarball to be problematic for patching. In fact, 
we have added the sources into the jaxp tree in the icedtea forest:

So this merge happening in the 7u4 forest(s) is great news for us!

However, if you are looking for feedback from the wider community, may I 
suggest waiting for a longer period? Many people are away on vacation 
during the next week due to Christmas and New Year holidays.
