I was just looking for a reviewer so that I could push this change and
get it out of the way. Steve has the engine running in the get away car :-)
I think there needs to be wider discussion as to how to deal with the
copyright dates. It regularly comes up during code reviews because some
reviewers insist on the dates being updated. I don't know if a yearly on
Jan 1 will work as there will be outgoing changes in the team forests
that will be missed. Also I'm not sure we want to leave it as long as a
year anyway. Every few months or periodically at integration time feels
right to me although I don't have a strong opinion on this topic.
