Relicensing of the BigInteger patch

Hi,

I was contacted by the maintainer of the Spire project
(https://github.com/non/spire). They would like to port the fast
BigInteger algorithms to Scala and they're asking whether the patch
(i.e. just the code I and Alan Eliasen wrote) could be made available
under a MIT or BSD license.

I don't have a problem with it, and neither does Alan, but I was
wondering if there were any legal concerns from the JDK team.
