Reported but unconfirmed JDK issue (Bug Id: 9002739)

Hello,
The incident 9002739 became bug JDK-8014852 "(zipfs)
ZipFileSystemProvider: newFileSystem URI format issue," which in turn
was marked as a duplicate of JDK-7156873 "(zipfs)
FileSystems.newFileSystem(uri, env) fails for uri with escaped octets.":

JDK-7156873 is fixed in JDK 8, 7u40, and 7u45.
