Hi Patrick,

I didn't know windows needed a triple '/' - I think I learned something
today ;-)

May I suggest that you add the description of the problem & solution
(the text you wrote above) in comment in the test?
It may save a lot of time to future maintainers - I think I would
have had a hard time to figure that out by myself :-)
