JDK-8037382 Sequence and SequenceSet interface

Hi all,

I'm looking to get started making contributions :-) I figured I'd start
with something that was fairly prescriptive and mechanical just to get the
hang of the process. Two questions if I may, as per the contribution guide:

* Is anyone already working on the above item? (I do not wish to duplicate
effort.)
* Are there any objections to the changes already laid out in the ticket?

If all is well, I shall get started with a patch for review.
