RFR JDK-6321472: Add CRC-32C API

Hi,

I don't quite see the point of this line:

  private transient final static ByteOrder ENDIAN
            = ByteOrder.nativeOrder().equals(ByteOrder.BIG_ENDIAN)
                    ? ByteOrder.BIG_ENDIAN : ByteOrder.LITTLE_ENDIAN;

should be just private static final ByteOrder ENDIAN =
ByteOrder.nativeOrder();

Also you don't need equals for enums alikes, just reference comparison (==)
as they are constants.
Alternatively you can just replace it with a boolean as there are no more
endianess options.
