Looks okay (although "Filed" is not needed in the comment). Hopefully 
the issue with the JSR 310 test can be tracked down quickly. If you do 
push this change then it would be useful to add a note to JDK-8051641 so 
that whoever takes it remembers to remove it from the exclude list.
