Javadoc nit Throwable#getStackTraceElement

Hello David,

interesting, I thought I saw it in 8u40, however when I check more
closely it was Eclipse suggesting me the source of a 1.5 JDK (even
when the project I was working with was using 8u40). It has already a
@code element. So sorry for the false report.

BTW: speaking of Throwable, the actual reason why I was browsing this
part of the source is because I noticed that ArrayIndexOutOfBounds
exception has a (int index) constructor (which creates a nice detailed
message) but a lot of the users (including the VM code for array
overflows it seems) do not use it - which results in pretty ugly
getMessage() == "2" or "2 > 1" (or similar).

Gruss
Bernd
