RFR 9: 8066750 Remove HTTP proxy implementation and tests from RMI

Hi Roger,

Wow, look at all that red! Red is my favorite color.

Changes look good. One small item:

     test/sun/rmi/transport/proxy/EagerHttpFallback.java

is one of the tests being removed. Its entry can also be removed from 
test/ProblemList.txt. Its corresponding bug JDK-7195095 can probably also be 
closed out.
