JDK 9 RFR to remove jdk/internal/jimage/JImageReadTest.java from the problem list

Hello,

The recent push of the fix for

     8146712: jdk/internal/jimage/JImageReadTest.java fails on all platforms

did not remove JImageReadTest.java from the problem list.

Please review the patch below to restore the test to the set of tests 
that get run.
