Editorial improvements:

GetResourceAsStream.java:

  - line 44-52:  Add the new variables after the test description like 
CloseTest.java or change CloseTest
    to improve style consistency.

  - Line 54-57: fix indentation

  - consistently use /* ... */ or // comment conventions for methods.
