RFR(XXS) : 8176162 : com/sun/jndi/dns/Parser.java is not executed

Hi all,

Could you please review this tiny fix which adds '@run main’ to jdk/test/com/sun/jndi/dns/Parser.java test?
The test has only one compile action, as a result jtreg only compiles java file, but does not execute the test.
