RFR: 8180385: fix HTML issues in java.xml module

Hi Jon

src/java.xml/share/classes/javax/xml/namespace/NamespaceContext.java  -  Was there a reason you omitted {@code getNamespaceURI(prefix)} when creating the caption?

Looks pretty good otherwise
