[XS] RFR : JDK-8181145 : add platforms to test java/nio/ByteOrder/NativeOrder.java (test change)

Please review this small test change .
It adds a number of platforms to the existing test  jdk10  jtreg test  java/nio/ByteOrder/NativeOrder.java  .

Especially the porting platforms ppc64/ppc64le/s390x are added .
