The Cipher tests were re-grouped via 
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8132855

NIO re-grouped via https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8132854

All appears connected with exercising hotspot intrinsics in tier1 testing.
