Hi,

The message can be simpler and more efficiently convey the information.
It should be more consistent with existing uses of 
ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException as
throw by:  Objects.checkIndex(index, length).

Which roughly reads as:

    Index %d out-of-bounds for length %d
