RFR JDK-8194412 : Adding 256 units of IsoFields.QUARTER_YEARS broken

Hello!

It was spotted that adding more then 255 quarter-years to a Temporal 
leads to a wrong result.

Would you please take a look at the fix and see that I'm not missing
