Looks okay.   But I'm surprised that 
test/jdk/java/lang/ProcessHandle/OnExitTest.java requires
    44  * @modules jdk.management

Looks like jdk.management get pulled by the test library.  If so, we 
should file JBS issue to fix the test library to eliminate such dependency.
