[8u-dev] Request for Review and Approval to Backport 8203369 : Check for both EAGAIN and EWOULDBLOCK error codes

Hello!

I'd like to backport this fix to jdk8u-dev.

Some changes were required, comparing to the fix in JDK 11 (mostly due 
to the difference in the way to generate UnixConstants.java), thus the 
Request for Review.

The patch was successfully built and tested on all supported platforms 
with no issues.
