Is it time to give the jpackage tool its own mailing list? There have 
been hundreds of mails so far and it looks like the feedback, bugs, and 
other discussion will continue on a long time. I assume the JEP pointed 
to the core-libs-dev list in order to get wider exposure but maybe it's 
time to give the tool its own mailing list now.
