jpackage Proposal to replace Inno Setup in exe installers for Windows

Hi,

RFE for jpackage to replace Inno Setup in exe installers for Windows was 
filed recently and available at 
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8221333.
RFE was filed based on an assumption it will not have a major impact on 
users of jpackage. Please let us know in the comments to the RFE if 
there are any objections against the change.
