Hi Naoto,
The CSR looks ok.
In Character.java:
In the descriptions mentioning VERTICAL TILDE, I would drop the word
"solely".
for example,
* {@code 'VERTICAL TILDE'} is added to {@code Start} for backward
* compatibility.
Overall looks like a good update.
