RFR: 8257241: CDS should not handle disableEagerInitialization for archived lambda proxy classes [v4]

Calvin Cheung has updated the pull request incrementally with one additional commit since the last revision:

  1. Update comment block in LambdaEagerInitTest.java
  2. Add more test cases using the default CDS archive in LambdaEagerInit.java
