A general point is that it's difficult to test Console and it looks like we don't have many existing tests in test/jdk/java/io/Console. The test that is there doesn't seem to exercise most of the methods. I wonder should improve this and have the tests run with `--limit-modules java.base` so they run with the default the is in java.base rather than the provider in jdk.intenal.le.
