For the ModuleTarget attribute can we come to a conclusion that the attribute for big/little endian is implicit in the architecture 'name'?
It seems to be the simplest but doesn't naturally extend to other possible attributes of a target architecture that might not be intrinsic to the architecture.
I will convert the draft to a full PR to get reviews started.
