>  I also applied similar approach to `MethodTypeDesc::displayDescriptor`: while not performance sensitive I think these are so inter-related that it makes sense to implement them in a similar fashion.

Claes Redestad has updated the pull request with a new target base due to a merge or a rebase. The incremental webrev excludes the unrelated changes brought in by the merge/rebase. The pull request contains eight additional commits since the last revision:

 - Rename parameter, formatting
 - Rename Wrapper.primitiveClassDescriptor -> classDescriptor
 - Merge branch 'master' into methodtypedesc_descriptorString
 - Minor fixes
 - Use returnType field directly
 - Calculate length precisely
 - comma-separated
 - Optimize MethodTypeDescImpl::toString
