want to try out small idea; where is the implementing class for Stream interface?

I am unable to find ant in cygwin64

anilr at ANIL-LAPTOP /cygdrive/c/users/anil/OpenJDK/jdk
$ bin/idea.sh
FATAL: cannot find ant. Try setting ANT_HOME.

When I run setup, I don't see it at all.
