RFR: 8334048: -Xbootclasspath can not read some ZIP64 zip files [v2]

fitzsim has updated the pull request incrementally with six additional commits since the last revision:

 - BootClassPathZipFileTest: Add test
 - BootClassPathZip64Test: Remove test
 - BootClassPathZip64Test: Delete class file in finally block
 - BootClassPathZip64Test: Generate ZIP file dynamically, if possible
 - BootClassPathZip64Test: Do not attempt to delete the ZIP file
   
   Leave deletion to the test harness instead, to avoid this on
   windows-x64:
