Thanks! Agreed. jextract is crashing in libclang.a::llvm::MemoryBuffer::getMemBufferRef() in a new llvm thread (could be related to the signal handler issue). That seems to be unrelated to this issue and shouldn't be discussed here.
It would be nice if loading such libraries could be made easier for Java developers.
