> Done. I have replaced the "Specification" section of the [CSR](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8341596) a minute ago. If you agree, I will switch the CRS from Draft to Finalized now to start the CSR Review Process. Ok?

@AlanBateman Alan, according to https://wiki.openjdk.org/display/csr, "at least one engineer familiar with that technology area" MUST review the CSR before I may update its state from "Draft" to "Finalized". I would be happy if you would be that engineer, so I have just updated the assignee of this CSR from me to you. Thanks for your help! :-)
