RFR: 8343019: Primitive caches must use boxed instances from the archive [v2]

In short, current code drops the entire primitive cache when the CDS archived version of the cache is too short. Aleksey Shipilev has updated the pull request with a new target base due to a merge or a rebase. The incremental webrev excludes the unrelated changes brought in by the merge/rebase. The pull request contains four additional commits since the last revision:
