For now, of the wrapper classes, I only updated the Integer with the proposed new wording. Once a final wording is determined, I'll make the analagous changes in the other classes.

The current listing of the wrapper classes in the java.lang package-info file omits Short. I'll re-flow those paragraphs once the wording update is settled on.

For another in-progress PR, https://git.openjdk.org/jdk/pull/21193, it would be helpful for "wrapper classes" to be a term that could be linked to.
