RFR: 8364315: Remove unused xml files from test/jaxp/javax/xml/jaxp/functional/javax/xml/transform/xmlfiles

There are number of unused files in the XML test code base. These are not used in any tests and are not referenced within the code base. They appear to be legacy files. These can be removed.
