RFR: 8358627: tools/sincechecker/modules/java.base/JavaBaseCheckSince.java fails with JDK 26 [v2]

Nizar Benalla has updated the pull request with a new target base due to a merge or a rebase. The pull request now contains two commits:

 - Merge branch 'master' into problemlisted-sincecheck-test

 - this test no longer needs to be problem listed
