Yeah, I wasn't sure of the best way forward for the files will shared authorship and was going to check with Stuart, etc.

A few of the shared test files I was the primary author. For some of the old java.math files, madbot was the initial author and I updated the tests later.

I can restored the listed author tags for people other than myself if we're not comfortable at this point in just removing author tags.
