`ReferencedKeyMap.prepareForAOTCache()` is only called only when `AOTClassLinking` is true. However, when creating the default CDS archives, `AOTClassLinking` is false.
Also, I am not sure if we should insert unnecessary code to try to achieve some unobvious side effect.
