Looks like the PR check failures in win64 serviceability and jdk_tier1 part 2 aren't related to this issue.

The system.txt shows no error, and the log for both tasks shows this:


2026-01-26T15:27:13.1401765Z ##[error]Could not find a part of the path 'D:\a'.


Rerunning with debug logging.
