I adjusted the COPYRIGHT headers .
Builds are okay (AIX, Linux, macOS , Windows).  Tests  (jtreg HS and JDK) look so far good as well, but on some slower platforms a number of  tiers still have to be executed (will most likely follow in the next few hours) .
