CRaC EA build

Hi,

After integration of the few recent changes, I would like to do another EA
build. It will be "17-crac+2" based on revision [1]. The build will be hosted
on the same infra as the previous one [2]. I don't think there will be
objections, but in this case please provide your feedback in the next day or
two. Anyway, subsequent builds are possible shortly after, please request if
you need one.
