What is the best way to package OpenJDK with CRaC patches?

Hi all,

The CRaC JDK GitHub repository contains tags for vanilla OpenJDK, and a
select few CRaC tags for OpenJDK 17, In example, crac-17+6

We'd like to package OpenJDK with CRaC packages, but there doesn't seem to
be a clear way to do this as tags for other CRaC OpenJDK versions are not
cut

Is there a place we can reference for a definitive list of patches to apply
to each version of OpenJDK that is supported?
