Some glibc functions had to be reimplemented in a dummy way inside JVM due to this misdesign.

I believe the tests in CI are running on the JDK built from the source branch. The bundle is built and uploaded [here](https://github.com/openjdk/crac/blob/ca1f5f678d503dd26738c3fd733389f35bdf54d0/.github/workflows/build-linux.yml#L145) and is downloaded for testing [here](https://github.com/openjdk/crac/blob/ca1f5f678d503dd26738c3fd733389f35bdf54d0/.github/workflows/test.yml#L141).
