[crac] RFR: 8373043: [CRaC] remove CPUFeatures qemu-kvm test

It did not work well, it was slow and `qemu-kvm -cpu` cannot provide the needed CPU features so it even could not find [JDK-8369729](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8369729).
