RFR: implement SPI support in JT Harness interview

Hello,

I am sending an RFR <http://cr.openjdk.java.net/%7Ejld/8054407/> of my 
changes as a fix for JDK-8054407 
<https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8054407>.
My changeset includes new classes for SPI interface support, one SPI JT 
Harness interview and one to store SPI configuration data, also a set of 
changes was required in BasicInterview class to support new SPI 
interview. Minor refactoring was done in GPIOInterview class.
