Hi Alexey,

A note about creating JIRA issues. It's fine to create a new issue by 
cloning an old issue so some default fields will be filled in properly, 
but you need to go back and delete the links to the old issues. 
Otherwise you are creating a lot of noise and false information for 
engineers that come along later.
