RFR: DIO JT Harness initial set of tests

Hello,

I am sending an RFR <http://cr.openjdk.java.net/%7Ejld/8048010/> of my 
changes as a fix for JDK-8048010 
<https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8048010>.

My changeset includes set of tests for GPIOPin and GPIOPort.
This changset rely on my previous webrev, so it must be submitted one 
after another and a wiki page must be created where I can put 
information on how to configure and execute tests.
