Help with GPIOLEDSample Application example

Hi Tom,

There's a sample dio.properties file for raspberry pi in the repo at 
config/dio.properties-raspberrypi.

There's also a policy file specifying the minimal permissions you need 
to add to run the sample at samples/gpio/gpio.policy.
