CFV: New Device I/O Committer: Alexey Mironov

I hereby nominate Alexey Mironov to Device I/O Committer.

Alexey Mironov is member of the Java ME Embedded team. His 
responsibilities cover many areas and features of Java ME: RMS, DIO. 
Previously, Alexey was involved in the  development of other important 
systems, including build configuration and Events. He has worked on Java 
ME projects for about two years.

Over the last few months, he has made several contributions to the 
Device I/O project, including:
