Who is the Project Lead, Please?

Hi Folks,

Alan) This could be the right way forward. Sergey seems interested in 
saving it though. 

Sergey) On the surface, it seems like the project needs someone to lead it 
and drive it. Hint hint.

As for this mailing list, it does still seem quite dead, so perhaps 
project chat could happen in one of the general-use channels. Perhaps 
core-libs-dev, as the dev list for the sponsoring project.

The project is not evolving but not dead. As I know it's used by some 
popular frameworks as submodule. And this list is the only known place for 
discuss. What we can do to save it alive?

The project doesn't currently have a lead. I see you have dio-dev in 
your "Presumed Dead" list. This may be the case but the mailing list is 
owned by the project. It might be that project should be archived if 
none of its members are interested in keeping it going.
