Mercurial switch: JDK 7 build 24 is available at the openjdk.java.net website

Hi,

Note, this is the first build available under Mercurial.

The file above is meant to have no changes in it as there were no code 
changes.  The changes between build 23 and build 24 are the ones for the 
Mercurial transition.
